RCP Ceramic Proppant
AM2F Energy Resin Coated Ceramic Proppant uses AM2F ceramic proppant as a substrate for the resin coating.
AM2F Energy Resin Coated Ceramic Proppant flow is designed to bond the proppant grains together at low temperature, reducing the proppant flow back after the frac fluid is removed.
Main Advantages:
- Resin coating prevents fines from being released, maintaining integrity
- Resin coating alleviates the stress exerting onto the proppant
- Effectively controls flowback in hydraulic fracturing applications
- Superior durability, strength and higher conductivity
